When will my desk ship?

Launch Edition units begin shipping in batches starting November 2026. You'll get a tracking-eligible ship window by email roughly two weeks before your batch goes out.

How does the reservation deposit work?

Reserving holds your configuration and locks today's price. The remaining balance is charged only when your unit enters production, never before.

Can I return it after assembly?

Yes — every Epoch desk includes a 100-night trial. Assembled or not, you can send it back for a full refund of the product price within that window.

Is the lighting sold separately from the desk?

No. Ambient lighting is built into the frame's edge channel on every configuration — there's nothing extra to buy or install.
